Set custom ChargeOut rates for each of your employees for a project.

Or you can assign your employees to a labor trade and set custom ChargeOut rates for each labor trade for a project: journeyman, carpenter, foreman, etc.

For example, you could charge out all journeyman at $60.00/hour, foreman at $70.00/hour, and all laborers at $40.00/hour. All employees assigned to journeyman would be charged out at $60/hour, all employees assigned to foreman would be charged out at $70/hour, and all laborers would be charged out at $40.00/hour.
